We are going at the end of October for 1-year anniversary (the honeymoon was a disaster) and would desperately like to make it the best trip possible. Could use info regarding RH food and activities. Additionally, we would like to do the following: (1) visit ruins, (2) snorkel, (3) horseback riding, (4) shopping, (5) sightseeing. Any recommendations/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Would appreciate restaurant suggestions as well. Any thoughts on the weather?
