In Plaza Playacar there's a i-cafe that charges -as of 01/00 $1.50 pesos/minute by the water fountain. In downtown PdC there are several to choose from that charges +/- the same. Personally I tend to patronize Pata de Perro cafe in calle 8 near 10.
You'll always be i-wired in the region so don't worry about being out of touch!!!

We'll be staying at Club Viva Maya mid-August--I'm thinking that maybe we'll have better luck (and prices??!!) with contacting family back home via email rather than one of those Latadel (sp?) calling cards? Any thoughts on this? Can anyone recommed a location that provides email service and how much it costs per minute or whatever? Thank you!
