You know what Aristotle said about the chicken and the egg - Whereas the chicken is an actual chicken, the egg is only a potential chicken. And since actuality comes before potentiality, the chicken comes before the egg.

PS - thanks to all who responded to my "WEED" discussion yesterday. Most responses were very humorous. Still have not heard from anyone with a personal experience with problems encountered in Mexico while partaking of a little illegal substance. Oh - and as far as the whole topless/pot thing, I couldn't say. I'll whip off my top next time I'm there and see if the urge to smoke overwhelmes me. If not, I'll torch one up and see if my top comes off and I'll let ya know.
