We've booked for Sept 16-23 (and can hardly wait), but when we were going through the booking process we had a number of questions about the hotel. Several emails to the hotel produced no replies. It's funny, as you know, everything else about the resort has been absolutely fantastic regards to customer service, but it's not good that they don't reply to email.

If it's of any use, what I did was email Alegro Resorts customer service. They must have passed on my query to a local representative, as I had a telephone call and much assistance from the Alegro representative in Toronto. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Before we head down, we were going to email the hotel re room upgrade and restaurant reservation for first evening as we arrive early evening, but instead we're going to contact our rep in Toronto. You might want to try and contact your local Alegro reps and see if they can assist you.
