I disagree with Cindy's comments about this being a place to go to. Everything that was specified in the above comments were true. I just got back on the 15th of July and it's no better. For what I paid to visit this resort, I would have gone elsewhere had I known all the problems. I will not recommend this to anyone for at least 6 - 9 months (if then). I too am going to my travel agent for a refund. By the way, Cindy which travel agent do you work for - I need to stay clear if you are recommending this resort to anyone (who must pay full price to visit).
