Boy am I worried now!! We leave Monday, July 3rd for EDR. We've stayed at the other El Dorado near Playa 5 times and we love it, so we were really looking forward to visiting the new Royale. Now I don't know what to do or if there is anything we can do at this point. Maybe we can switch to the other hotel. I would think they would have a shuttle to the other resort for exchange priviledges. We knew it was a new resort and there would be some kinks, but a rocky beach, hard beds and construction noise sounds like toooo much! Are there palms on the beach or palapas for shade? Is the beach lit up at night or is it good for star watching? Did you say there are no chairs on the beach? Mona
