Sorry I did not make myself more clear on my post. I think I mentioned that I agree with Mark on his positive and negative comments, that I mentioned how wonderful the people were, and the exciting episode with the turtle. I did not feel the need to expound more on his positives because he covered most of them.
I covered more of the negatives which were important to me.
Yes, the resort is new, yes they will probably work the kinks out, and yes it may improve. If the things I mentioned are not a major factor to you or anyone else, please pay no heed to my post. They were important to me.
No matter where you vacation, please have a great time - take plenty of sunscreen - and watch out for the Tequila slammers!

: I agree with you that some of the comments are making me nervous. Mark was kind enough to provide both sides though. MeToo just posted negative comments. Why didn't he use his real name? Jim in Cancun had a lot of favorable things to say about the resort. I think if you go with an open mind you will have a good time. The resort is brand new and it will take a while to get the "kinks" out.
