Are the safe deposit boxes in the hotel lobby like they are at
the Eldorado Resort and Spa or are they in the rooms at the Royale? Since some
trip reports are making others nervous, let us know if you would consider going back
and staying at the Royale again. My thinking is that it always takes a while to
work out the kinks in a new hotel/resort and the management is probably trying to
correct any problems that initially exist. Since both locations are owned by the
same company/family that own Lomas Travels, I tend to think that they will put forth
extra efforts to correct any problems. Your opinion? Thanks!
