I just got back from that area (Playa, Coz, etc.) and it was SO HOT, I don't know how anyone will be able to play even nine holes in that heat! I don't mean just "pretty hot" but almost unbearable in the sun. Hope there is plenty of shade! I am a golfer myself, and will play in the rain, or in the cold - but man, you will pass out after two swings!
