Question about RIU PALACE dress code & drinks available

Can anyone who has stayed at Riu Palace tell me if its OK for men to wear jeans to dinner or does it have to be slacks?

Also, what type of beer was available and is it bottled or on tap.

Thanks for the info! I am really looking forward to the trip based on things I've heard about this hotel.
