Berry, We just returned from the Iberostar and it is a stunning resort. They do not have waiters at the pool but there is a bar on either side of the pool and one to your left as you enter the beach from the pool area, so your not very far from one. Take large plastic insulated mugs with you for your drinks, they keep them kool and save on trips back to the bar, the bartenders don't mind filling them up.
