We just returned from the Iberostar and for the week we were there never had any critters in our room. You will see a few critters on the jungle walk from the pool/beach area to the resturant area at the front of the resort but they keep thier distance. So don't worry just enjoy your vacation, the Iberostar is a stunning resort!
