Critters at the Iberostar

I know this is a bit ridiculous, but I have a deathly phobia of lizards and frogs and most bugs. We are going to be at the Iberostar in August and was wondering if anyone who has been there in the past could give me some info. on the so called wildlife there. I have heard different things, like they have monkeys that hang out on your balcony to iguanas on the grounds. It sounds to me that if they have all that I'm sure you are bound to wind up with a lizard or two in your room. Someone please respond so I can prepare myself.
