When our regular agent retired from the business, At Home bought her customers.

We didn't have any problems with them at all, considering that I would think there'd be some confusion when one company takes over a reservation.

They seem to represent more properties (and know more about them!) than other companies.

I know that they are well known and respected by the folks at Playacar.
