Nicci, We arrived on Sunday and made our reservations on Monday morning. We only ate at the Italian resturant but it was very good. Our friend's ate at the Mexican resturant and they really enjoyed it and said the food was also very good. My wife and myself perfered the casual atmosphere of the buffet which was also very good with lots of variety. Other than lots of sunblock be sure and take large insulated mugs for your drinks on the beach, they keep them kool and save on trips back to the bar. The bartenders don't mind filling them up.
