Nina, the guy at the resort says the SPA equipment is not in. That's the hold up he says. To be very honest, these people will tell you anything. They are just trying to fill up the old El Dorado Resort and SPA. The dates have changed so many times. This is Mexico. I'm assuming they probably didn't order the SPA equipment from Mexico. Getting something in in Mexico is a lot different than ordering something in the U.S. It depends how important it is to you. I would not count on it and I wouldn't believe anything Infinity says. It changes every few days. I have already chewed them out and told them they are incompetent. We just switched resorts. I'm not waiting around to have my vacation ruined. If you decide to stay at the El Dorado Royale please post. I'm interested to hear how it was. Wherever you stay have a great trip. Amanda
