: We have stayed there 3 times. Yes, occasionally there were problems : like the electricity going out for a while in the room, or no hot water, : but I have found that can happen anywhere. Furthermore, they always got : right on the problem. When giving advice about a hotel, I would recommend : only those who have actually stayed there give opinions. We had a great time : each time. It is very remote (but there was a free shuttle into Playa each day) : so it is really a place to go if you want total relaxation. Go with an open : mind. I think you will enjoy yourself. P.S. Tipping the bartenders and wait : staff goes a long way. : : just looking for any info. on this resort.
