My wife and I just booked the Viva Azteca (The Maya's sister resort). Second floor, king size bed, and french balcony. We're going the week if July 24. From what I've heard, the Azteca is newer with nicer rooms. I also heard that the Azteca was more quite than the Maya. Since you can use that facilities at both (rest., pool, bar, etc.) I figured sleep at the Azteca and party at both. Hope this helps. We can't wait to go. Good Luck.
