the beach is great, i thought it was better than some of the other resorts close by. they are trying erosion control with big sand bags where the other hotels aren't. they had a worker on the beach at 7am every moring raking off the seaweed and picking up the trash that lazy people left the day and night before.
if you want a shaded spot to sit, go out and grab one by 7 am or you won't get one. the pool is right there next to the beach and the ocean. great swim-up bar.
