Club Viva Maya--any side/floor of hotel where rooms situated better?

Does this resort have ground and upper floors? I'm assuming upper would be better. Is there a part of the hotel where maybe you end up too close to noise of the disco or bar or whatever? Are there only standard rooms and then honeymoon suites? I heard that only honeymoon suites have decks and ocean views--true? Are all other rooms standard with garden view and double bed? Assuming my travel agent can even hook us up, I'd just like to hear from anyone w/ any recommendations or good/bad room location experiences! THANK YOU!
