: In reading everyone's comments, I'm now a little nervous as I've planned a trip for mid June. Anyone out there have something positive to say about June? The literature said average temp. is 85. We've done summer in the carribbean before without a problem. By the way, we're going to be at the Iberostar if anyone else is going at that time.

***Flori, We have been to that area several times in June and it changes from year to year. Two years ago it was abnormally hot, while other years are quite pleasant. Luckily, there is always a breeze on the coast. Inland is a different story. Be prepared while checking out the ruins and cenotes because it gets really hot and humid. Brings as much water as you can. Bug spray too. Don't get me wrong, it's still lots of fun. I'd rather be in the jungles dripping wet that here in Missouri where it's just as hot and muggy.

: : If you can help me it would be much appreciated!!

: : I am thinking about going to Playa del Carmen, but can't find out when it would be the "right" time of year to go.

: : Is there a rain-period?? When is it winter??

: : Thanks in advance
