***In my opinion, any time is a good time, but June, July and August can get very unpleasant. The humidity is higher and the last time we went in June, the temperature got up to 117 degrees while we were out on the fishing boat. Shopping in Playa was way to hot, even in the evening. The most pleasant times are from January through May with temperatures in the 80's and less humidity. Hope this helps you.
