Villa Amanecer & Construction

We're going to PDC in July and staying in Villa Amanecer and just got a note from our travel agency that there will be construction going on next to the hotel. They have offered us to move hotels, but there doesn't seem to be any available for our budget at the right time.. According the note, construction will be going on from 7 in the morning till 6 in the evening, all days except sundays. As we're not planning on spending our days at the hotel I'm not that concerned, but being woken at 7 each morning does concern me. Does anybody know how bad the noise might be? Has anybody been there recently? Any feedback is most apprechiated.
