Villa Vista
A Cozumel vacation rental residence with freshwater pool Villa Vista is a newly remodeled, fully air-conditioned, and fittingly renamed 3½ BR / 4 BA Cozumel seafront villa that offers truly spectacular views of the sea. In the main house you will find a living room with spectacular views. A half level above the living room is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully furnished including microwave.
The main house holds 2½ bedrooms. All bedrooms in this house have views of the sea through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs. Each has a king-sized bed. (if you like 2 twin beds can be switched from the guest house into one of these bedrooms). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, its own private bathroom, and private balcony. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and private balcony and its own bathroom.. You will also find a sleeping loft on the ground floor in its own room with half bath (shower and sink) Off the living room is another half bath (toilet and sink). This loft also has a view of the sea through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.)
In a separate building is a small guest quarters with 2 twin beds. This is the only bedroom that does not offer a sea view. From the living room you can step out onto the patio. The patio cascades down several stairways to the sea. To your left will be the freshwater pool. A small sandy to the right of the pool is a lovely place to lounge. Or you can take your lounge chair to the lower patio and listen to the sea lap at the shore.
Apart from the amazing blue Caribbean, the shore here offers much to enjoy and explore. Cradled in the ancient coral rock is a lovely tidal pool. About 8 feet long by 4 feet wide and only a foot deep, this is the perfect place for a child to get acquainted with the Caribbean. .Or for an adult to lounge on a gently rocking raft! Through a small hole in the reef, it is constantly refreshed with Caribbean sea water.
For snorkelers, there is lots of colorful undersea reef here including a small cave and a pet sea anemone! Throw some tortillas into the water and in a few seconds the sea will be brimming with neon-colored fish.
