In the south wing 1 bedrooms has a king and in the second bedroom a queen sized bed. In the third bedroom are a double bed and a twin-sized bed. The living room has a double sized sofa bed.In the north wing 1 bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other 2 bedrooms each hold a queen-sized bed. 3 bedrooms hold double beds and the living room has a double sofa bed.

On the bottom floor at beach level are 4 additional bedrooms each with a full bathroom. One of these bedrooms is directly below the south wing and has 2 twin-sized beds. Below the north wing is a bedroom with 2 double beds. In between these 2 bedrooms are 2 other bedrooms one with a queen sized bed and the other with a queen sized bed. These three bedrooms have views of the water.

There is also a 5th BR located on the second floor between the north and south wings. It has a king-sized bed. This is the owner's bedroom and is only rented when all the other bedrooms have been rented. Every bedroom in the house has its own bathroom. The rooms have been decorated with imported and Mexican art. Both kitchens are fully furnished including microwave.

On the shore is an area for sunning and a diving board. Shade can be found either in the palm-thatched palapa on the shore or in the patio between the 2 wings of the house. There is also a large built-in charcoal grill ideal for outdoor barbecues. The beach even boasts a miniature grotto. Steps lead down to the edge of this natural sea cave, which abounds in sea life. It's an especially convenient and dry way to get a close-up view of the nightlife on the reef.

Or, if you like, you can plunge into the water and take advantage of some wonderful snorkeling. Here you will find some lovely cave-like coral formations, as well as a rainbow of fish, sponges, and anemones. Should you want to go fishing or diving, the marina is only a 5-minute stroll. The house sleeps up to 25 guests.
