Fernando attended the University of Mexico in 1979, where he studied biology and took a particular interest in ocean life. His love for the ocean began as a child when visiting the Pacific coast of Mexico. The ocean grew to be his main passion in life. After completing dive training with NAUI, PADI, & CMAS-FMAS, he became an instructor achieving the level of Master Scuba Diver Trainer. After a few visits to the beautiful Cozumel reefs, Fernando decided to stay to share his love for the ocean and his knowledge of marine life with divers and snorkelers from all over the world.
Kelley Michelle Morgan-Owner/Reservations
Kelley relocated from Texas to Cozumel "for my love of the island, its clear blue waters and its people". She has lived and worked on the island for more than 15 years, and is a PADI Divemaster. She graduated from UTSA with a double major in business and psychology and is fluent in spanish and english. She is here to help you book your dream dive vacation and always available to assist you with the planning of your dive vacation with her selection of hotels, condos, or rental homes to suit all vacation budgets. Jose Betancourt and Francisco "Pancho" Palomo-Boat captains and snorkel masters
Both of our captains are Cozumelenos and practically grew up on the water, and are avid divers themselves. They will be your captain and/or snorkelmaster master while on board the Manta Raya. They anticipate your needs by setting up your equipment, changing tanks and helping you in and out of the water.
